Updating your phone number in ARQ is a straightforward process designed to ensure your account is secure and your identity is verified. By following the steps below, you can change your phone number directly from the app.
Important
Please make sure you have the following app version to be able to complete the phone number change:
iOS: 7.3.1 and above
Android: 7.2.7 and above
If you are logged into the app:
Navigate to your profile
Click on Personal details
Click on Phone number
You will see a message asking you to confirm you want to change your phone number
Follow the steps to verify your identity – we do this to keep your account secure
At the end of the process, your phone number change will be processed instantly
If you are not logged into the app:
Please log in and follow the same steps as above
If you are not logged into the app, and you lost access to the number associated with your ARQ account:
Once you open the app, click on "I already have an account"
Then click on "Lost access to my number"
You will see a message asking you to confirm you want to change your phone number
Follow the steps to verify your identity – we do this to keep your account secure
At the end of the process, you may need to wait for 24h for the phone number change to take effect
