Reimbursement Policy

Pending transactions

When you make a purchase with your card, the merchant has a specified time to confirm the amount and capture the transaction. Until then, you might see the transaction in "Pending" state. The amount of days the merchant has to confirm the transaction, depends on the authorization type:

  • Standard Authorizations: up to 8 days

  • Pre-Authorizations: up to 31 days

If the merchant does not claim the transaction within this period, our system will automatically revert the transaction.

You can see in the app, in the transaction details, the number of days you need to wait.


Canceled Purchases

If you cancel a purchase or the merchant agrees to issue a refund, the reimbursement depends entirely on the card scheme.

Once the merchant initiates the refund, the timeframe for the amount to be reflected in your account is determined by the card network and banking system.

In these cases, refunds may take up to 30 days to appear in your balance.

Please note that we are unable to speed up this process once the merchant has initiated the refund.
