Pending transactions

When you make a purchase with your card, the merchant has 30 days to confirm the amount and capture the transaction. Until then, you might see the transaction in "Pending" state.

If the merchant does not claim the transaction within this period, our system will automatically revert the transaction.


Canceled Purchases

If you cancel a purchase or the merchant agrees to issue a refund, the reimbursement depends entirely on the card scheme.

Once the merchant initiates the refund, the timeframe for the amount to be reflected in your account is determined by the card network and banking system.

In these cases, refunds may take up to 30 days to appear in your balance.

Please note that we are unable to speed up this process once the merchant has initiated the refund.
