How to Activate Your Premium Membership
Go to the ‘Premium’ tab at the top of the app.
Tap the green button to begin the activation.
Choose your plan (monthly or annual) and confirm your subscription.
Renewal and Cancellation
Monthly renewal is automatic.
You can deactivate your membership at any time to avoid the next month’s charge, without any penalties.
Important Note
ATM withdrawals are available only for users in Colombia and Mexico.
The Free Trial does not include free shipping for the physical card.
Secured Credit Card
Starting late July 2026 with the latest application updates, the Premium subscription includes a secured revolving credit card for users off the Credit waitlist.
It can be claimed and activated within the Credit tab on the application.
