Your account doesn't have any transaction limits, i.e. there are no maximum amounts you can transfer in (deposit / top up) or out (withdraw). There are also no limits for currency conversion with ARQ.
However, as a financial institution we have set up checks and controls in place to protect all our clients' accounts.
As such, we might from time to time require some information from you to validate the source of your funds in case we see very large or unusual transactions on the account.
We always aim to keep the experience as smooth as possible, but in case you have any questions can refer to this article (https://help.dolarapp.com/en/articles/9889297-valid-documents-to-verify-your-source-of-income) to check what documents are accepted as proof of income / source of funds.
Important caveat on EUR:
There is a per transaction limit of EUR 10,000 on third party deposits from individuals (e.g. if a friend or family member is sending you money in these two currencies). This is due to a compliance restriction by our payments partner who helps us process payments in EUR
If you are depositing EUR from accounts in your name or receiving deposits from registered Businesses, there is no limit
