Payment authorization with 3DS control
ARQ cards support 3DS control, a reinforced security system for online payments that helps prevent fraud. If a merchant requests it, you will receive an authentication request in your app, which you must approve to complete the online purchase.
This way, unauthorized use of your card is prevented.
If you receive a 3DS authorization request for a purchase you don’t recognize, delete your card and create a new one, since it may be compromised.
ARQ has no control over which merchants require you to go through the 3DS process.
