1. Virtual Card
Requesting your virtual card is quick and easy:
Go to the "Pay" section in the app.
Tap on the cards banner
Select the "virtual card" option
Ready! You can add your card to Google or Apple Pay to start using it right away.
The process will take no more than 2 minutes!
2. Physical Card
To request your physical card, follow these steps:
Minimum balance required:
Make sure you have enough balance to cover the card's shipping cost.
Request your card:
Go to the "Pay" section in the app and tap on the cards banner
Select the option to request your physical card.
Fill in your address details—we deliver countrywide
Confirm your order, and we'll start preparing your card right away.
Delivery time:
Once requested, your card will arrive within 2 to 15 business days.
