Optional Step: Link ARQ Account to Your U.S. Bank Account
This step is optional and only required if your bank requests it for transfers. Linking your U.S. bank account to DolarApp allows for a smoother transfer process. If your bank asks you to add DolarApp as a beneficiary before making transfers, follow these steps:
Step 1: Add ARQ as a Beneficiary
Add your ARQ account and routing number as a payee or beneficiary to your existing U.S. bank account.
Step 2: Your Bank Sends Two Small Deposits to ARQ
Your bank will make two small deposits (usually under $1) to your ARQ account.
It may take up to 5 business days for these deposits to arrive.
Step 3: Enter the Deposit Amounts in Your Bank Portal
Once the deposits arrive, your bank will ask you to enter the amounts in their online banking portal. Once you confirm the correct deposit amounts, your account will be linked.
Make Your USD Transfer to ARQ
Once you’ve completed the steps above (if necessary), you can send USD to ARQ. Here’s how:
Step 1: Define the Type of Transaction
Currently, ARQ accepts ACH credits and/or domestic wire transfers.
Step 2: Enter the Payment Amount
Decide how much you want to transfer to your ARQ account.
Step 3: Finalize Your Payment
While some banks allow scheduling payments, keep in mind it can take up to 5 business days for the transfer to reflect in your ARQ account.
