Pix Saque and Pix Troco allow you to withdraw cash from places like stores and ATMs that offer these services. You simply scan a QR Code to make a Pix payment to the location's account.
Pix Saque: This occurs when the amount you withdraw is equal to the value of the Pix payment made.
Pix Troco: This happens when the amount you withdraw is different from the value of the Pix payment, such as when you receive change after a purchase.
Limits
Day: Up to R$3,000.00.
Night: Up to R$1,000.00.
Free Withdrawals: You can make up to 8 free withdrawals per month.
How to Make a Pix Saque
Follow these steps to make a Pix Saque:
Open the app and go to the "Payment" tab.
Select "Pay with QR Code" and scan the QR Code provided by the store or ATM.
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
Click "Review withdrawal".
Review the transaction details and click "Withdraw" to complete the withdrawal.
How to Make a Pix Troco
Follow these steps to make a Pix Troco:
Open the app and go to the "Payment" tab.
Select "Pay with QR Code" and scan the QR Code provided by the store.
Click "Continue".
Enter the amount you want as change and click "Update".
The next screen will show:
The total amount of the purchase.
The change requested.
Click "Review payment" and verify the transaction details.
Select "Pay" to complete the transaction.
