I don't see the cashback from one of my ARQCard purchases

Why isn’t my cashback being added?

If a purchase made with your ARQCard is in "Pending" status, it will not be added to your cashback balance until it changes to "Completed" status. Purchases are only eligible for cashback once they are completed.

Purchases in a currency other than your local currency

Until 10th February 2026: only purchases made in your local currency generate 1% cashback. All international purchases and purchases in other currencies are not eligible for cashback.

Example: If your account is in Mexico and you make purchases in MXN, these will be eligible for 1% cashback. However, if you purchase is in USD, EUR, or any other currency, these are not eligible for cashback.

From 10th February 2026 onwards:

All purchases made with your card (whether in local or other currency) will be eligible for cashback! For the first USD 500 of spend every month will receive 1% cashback, and on any amount spend afterwards you will receive 0.5% cashback.

What should I do if I think there is an error?

If you believe there is an issue with the cashback of a transaction, follow these steps:

  1. Check the status of the purchase: Make sure the purchase is in "Completed" status and not still in "Pending".

  2. Contact us via the in-app chat.
