The fee on your first conversion is zero — applied as a discount at the moment of conversion, or returned instantly as cashback to your account.

HOW IT WORKS
What is the Zero Conversion Fee promotion?
Between June 15 and July 19, 2026, if you make your first BRL↔USDc or BRL↔EURc conversion on ARQ, the conversion fee will be zero. The promotion is valid for conversions up to R$10,000.
How does the benefit appear for me?
The fee on your first conversion is zero — and depending on when you convert, you'll see this one of two ways: the fee is zeroed directly on the conversion screen (a discount), or the fee is charged and instantly returned as cashback to the same balance. Either way, the result is the same: you don't pay the conversion fee.
Do I need to do anything to receive the benefit?
No. It's automatic. Just make your first BRL↔USDc or BRL↔EURc conversion during the campaign period. No code to enter, no paid plan, nothing to activate.
How soon do I receive the benefit?
Right away. When applied as a discount, the fee already shows as zero at the moment of conversion. When applied as cashback, it's credited as soon as your conversion is marked completed.
When the benefit is cashback, where is it credited?
To the same balance used to pay the conversion fee. For example, in a BRL→USDc conversion the fee is paid in BRL, so the cashback is credited to your BRL balance. In a USDc→BRL conversion, the cashback is credited to your USDc balance.
Do I need to update the app?
Yes. To make sure the promotion applies correctly, use the latest version of the app (at minimum iOS 7.12.0 or Android 7.13.3).
ELIGIBILITY
Who is eligible?
Any ARQ user in Brazil who has never made a BRL↔USDc or BRL↔EURc conversion on the platform. This includes both new users and existing users who haven't yet converted in those pairs, in either direction.
I already have an ARQ account but have never converted between BRL and USDc or EURc. Am I eligible?
Yes. The promotion applies to your first conversion in those pairs, regardless of when you created your account.
I've already converted between BRL and USDc or BRL and EURc before the campaign. Am I eligible?
No. The promotion is exclusive to your first conversion in those pairs on ARQ. If you've ever converted between BRL and USDc or between BRL and EURc at any point in the past — in either direction — the promotion doesn't apply.
Is the promotion available in all countries?
No. This promotion is available only in Brazil.
Are Premium and Prestige users eligible?
Yes. The benefit is applied in addition to any existing Premium or Prestige benefits.
Is there a minimum conversion amount?
No. Any amount up to R$10,000 is eligible.
LIMITS AND CONDITIONS
What is the maximum eligible amount?
The promotion applies to conversions up to R$10,000 (or equivalent). The conversion fee on that amount is fully zeroed.
What if I convert more than R$10,000?
The benefit applies to the fee on the first R$10,000. The conversion fee on the excess is charged normally. For example, converting R$15,000, the fee on the first R$10,000 is zero and you pay the standard fee on the remaining R$5,000.
Can I split my conversion into several transactions to use the benefit more than once?
No. The promotion applies only to your first conversion. Any subsequent conversion is charged the standard conversion fee.
Does the promotion apply to EURc conversions?
Yes. The promotion applies to both BRL↔USDc and BRL↔EURc. Important: it applies to your first conversion in either of these pairs. That means the first eligible conversion — whether in digital dollars or digital euros — uses the benefit; later conversions, in either pair, are charged normally.
TIMING
When does the promotion start and end?
The promotion runs from June 15, 2026 at 11:00 to July 19, 2026 at 23:59 (Brasília time).
What if I start my conversion before July 19 but it completes after?
The benefit is applied when the conversion is marked completed. If your conversion completes after July 19 at 23:59 (Brasília time), it may not be eligible. We recommend converting ahead of time.
Will the promotion be extended?
There are no plans to extend the promotion at this time. ARQ reserves the right to extend, modify, or cancel the promotion at its discretion.
AFTER THE PROMOTION
What happens after the promotion ends?
Your subsequent conversions will be charged the standard ARQ conversion fee. ARQ's total fees (including IOF, spread, and service fee) are approximately 0.5% — significantly lower than most alternatives in the market.
