HOW IT WORKS
What is the Zero Conversion Fee promotion?
Between April 15 and April 21, 2026, if you make your first-ever BRL↔USDc conversion on ARQ, the conversion fee will be reimbursed instantly as cashback to your account. The promotion applies to conversions of up to R$10,000.
How do I get the cashback?
It's automatic. Just make your first BRL↔USDc conversion during the campaign period. There is no code to enter, no plan to subscribe to, and no opt-in required. Once your conversion is marked as completed, the cashback is credited instantly.
How fast is the cashback credited?
Instantly. As soon as your conversion is marked as completed, the cashback appears in your account.
Where does the cashback go?
The cashback is credited to the same balance that was used to pay the conversion fee. For example, if you convert BRL→USDc, the fee is paid in BRL, so the cashback is credited to your BRL balance. If you convert USDc→BRL, the cashback is credited to your USDc balance.
Do I need to do anything to activate the promotion?
No. The promotion is applied automatically to any qualifying conversion during the campaign period. No activation, no code, no manual claim.
ELIGIBILITY
Who is eligible?
Any ARQ user in Brazil who has never made a BRL↔USDc conversion on the platform. This includes both new users and existing users who have not yet converted between BRL and USDc in either direction.
I already have an ARQ account but have never converted between BRL and USDc. Am I eligible?
Yes. The promotion applies to your first-ever BRL↔USDc conversion, regardless of when you created your account.
I converted between BRL and USDc before the campaign started. Am I eligible?
No. The promotion is exclusively for users making their first-ever BRL↔USDc conversion on ARQ. If you have converted between BRL and USDc at any point in the past — in either direction — the promotion does not apply.
Is this available in all countries?
No. This promotion is available in Brazil only.
Are Premium and Prestige users eligible?
Yes. The cashback is applied on top of any existing Premium or Prestige benefits.
Is there a minimum conversion amount?
No. Any amount up to R$10,000 qualifies.
LIMITS AND CONDITIONS
What is the maximum amount eligible for cashback?
The promotion applies to conversions of up to R$10,000. The conversion fee on that amount is reimbursed in full.
What if I convert more than R$10,000?
You will receive cashback on the conversion fee corresponding to the first R$10,000. The conversion fee on the amount above R$10,000 will be charged normally. For example, if you convert R$15,000, you receive cashback on the fee for R$10,000 and pay the standard conversion fee on the remaining R$5,000.
Can I split my conversion into multiple transactions to get cashback more than once?
No. The promotion applies only to your first BRL↔USDc conversion. Any subsequent conversions will be charged the standard conversion fee.
Does the promotion apply to EURc conversions?
No. The promotion applies exclusively to BRL↔USDc conversions. BRL↔EURc conversions are not eligible.
TIMING
When does the promotion start and end?
The promotion runs from April 15, 2026 to April 21, 2026 at 23:59 (Brasília time).
What if I start my conversion before April 21 but it completes after?
The cashback is applied when the conversion is marked as completed. If your conversion completes after April 21 at 23:59 (Brasília time), it may not be eligible. We recommend converting well before the deadline.
Will this promotion be extended?
There are no current plans to extend the promotion. ARQ reserves the right to extend, modify, or cancel the promotion at its discretion.
AFTER THE PROMOTION
What happens after the promotion ends?
Your subsequent conversions will be charged the standard ARQ conversion fee. ARQ's total fees (including IOF, spread, and service fee) are approximately 0.5% — significantly lower than most alternatives in the market.
Will there be similar promotions in the future?
We cannot confirm future promotions. Follow ARQ's communications for updates.
TROUBLESHOOTING
I made my first conversion during the campaign period but didn't receive cashback. What should I do?
First, check that your conversion has been marked as "Completed" and not "Pending" in the app. The cashback is only credited once the transaction is complete. If your conversion is completed and you still haven't received the cashback, please contact our Customer Support team via the in-app chat.
I received cashback but the amount seems incorrect.
The cashback covers the conversion fee on up to R$10,000. If you converted more than R$10,000, the cashback only applies to the fee on the first R$10,000. If you believe there is still an error, please contact our Customer Support team via the in-app chat.
I'm an existing user but the promotion wasn't applied to my conversion.
The promotion only applies to your first-ever BRL↔USDc conversion in either direction. If you have converted between BRL and USDc at any point before the campaign, you are not eligible. If you believe this is your first conversion and the cashback was not applied, please contact our Customer Support team via the in-app chat.
HOW TO CONVERT BRL TO USDc
Add funds to your account using PIX or bank transfer.
In the 'Home' section of the app, tap 'Convert' and select 'USDc' as your target currency.
Enter the amount, tap 'Review conversion', confirm the details, and tap 'Convert'.
Conversion complete. If this is your first-ever BRL↔USDc conversion and the campaign is active, you will receive the conversion fee back instantly as cashback in the same balance used to pay the fee.
