Account Statement
You can easily access and download your official Account Statements directly from the app. Statements are divided by currency, offering separate reports for your USDc and EURc balances.
This is the most comprehensive report of your financial activity. It reflects every single transaction made during the month, including; deposits (incoming transfers), withdrawals, card purchases and refunds, applicable fees (if any), account adjustments and more.
How to download your Account Statement?
You can get your statement directly from the app in just a few seconds. Follow these simple steps:
Log in to your ARQ Finance account.
Tap on your Profile Picture located in the top left corner of the screen.
Scroll down and select the "Account Statement" option.
Choose the specific report you need: EURc or USDc.
Your download will begin automatically and will be ready in just a couple of seconds.
Card Statements
You can download detailed Card Transaction Statements directly from the ARQ app to track your purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and card activity.
Card statements are available for all supported ARQ cards, including local and global cards.
How to download your Card Statement
Open the ARQ app.
Select the card you want the statement for.
Tap the ⚙️ Settings icon.
Select "Statements" or "Estados".
Download your statement instantly.
💡 You can also review your card movements directly from the transactions section inside the app.
Prestige
If you are a Prestige Credit Card holder, you can easily access and download your official credit card statements directly from the app. This report provides a detailed breakdown of your monthly credit usage, billing cycles, payments, and transactions.
How to download your Prestige Statement?
You can retrieve your PDF statement in just a few taps from your dashboard:
Open the ARQ app and go to the credit tab.
Select your Prestige Credit Card.
The app will prompt you to select the specific month you wish to view.
Go to the "See all transactions" section.
Tap on the option to download the report as a PDF file, and your download will be ready in a few seconds!
Wealth account
If you are using ARQ Wealth to grow your money, you can easily access your investment statements directly within the app. These reports give you a detailed view of your portfolio performance, trade history, and balances.
How to download your Trading Statement?
Open the ARQ app and navigate to the "Trade" section.
Tap the (⚙️) icon located in the top right corner of the screen.
Select the "Account Statements" option.
You will see the reports organized by years and months; select the specific period you need.
A confirmation message will appear asking: "Get statement for this month?". Tap "Ok" to proceed.
Choose your preferred file format (PDF is highly recommended for standard official records). Your download will complete in a few seconds.

Lead Bank Certificate (bank letter)
If you require an official Lead Bank Account Certificate to verify your EE.UU or EU account ownership and banking details, please note that this document cannot be downloaded directly from the app.
How to request it? You can easily request this certificate by contacting our support team via in-app chat
Account Balance Certificate
Need to prove your current funds for official purposes? An Account Balance Certificate is typically required for visa applications, government paperwork, or official institutional requests.
How to request it? Since these are tailored official documents, they are not available for direct download in the app. Please request your certificate through our in-app chat, and our team will generate it for you.
Important
You can enable automatic monthly statement delivery by activating the "Receive by Email" option from the settings section.
Downloading your account statements is 100% free of charge.
Please note that official statements are currently only available in Spanish. However, our trading statements may be generated based on the device’s default language.
