Access Your Personal Details
Click on the icon with your initials in the top-left corner of the screen.
Select "Personal Details".
Modify Personal Information from the App
You can update the following data directly from the app:
Residential address
Phone number
Email address (if unverified)
Gender
Simply go to "Personal Information" and edit the information you wish to change.
Important about your address and country of residence
You can edit your residential address from the app, but the country of residence is subject to rules depending on the country associated with your account:
If your account is associated with Argentina or Brazil, your residential address must be within that same country.
If your account is associated with Colombia or Mexico, you can enter an address in any country worldwide.
Modify Other Personal Data
To change information such as:
Name
Identification number
Verified email
You need to contact the support team via the chat in the app, as this data requires special verification to ensure everything is correctly set up.
