Common Reporting Standard 2.0 (CRS 2.0): Key Information for Users in Argentina

Updated this week

The Common Reporting Standard 2.0 (CRS 2.0) is an updated international standard developed by the OECD that strengthens the framework for the automatic exchange of tax information between countries regarding certain financial accounts held by taxpayers outside their country of tax residence. This framework applies directly to countries, not to companies.

Argentina participates in the Common Reporting Standard framework and has committed to implementing the updated CRS provisions in line with OECD guidelines.

As of today, CRS 2.0 does not change how ARQ operates or how users use the application in Argentina.
