Credit times by bank

Bancolombia, Nequi
Fast transfers (within 2 hours):
BBVA, Banco de Occidente, Banco AV Villas, Banco de Bogotá, Banco Popular
Transfers in 1 business day:
All other banks
Except for Bancolombia and Nequi, all transfers are processed on business days only. Transfers requested outside business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will start processing the next business day.
Important notes:
As of Thursday, 30th April, our payment partner has disabled the direct connection for Davivienda and DaviPlata to improve stability of transfers with these banks. What this means is that transfers to and from them will be processed through the ACH network, which typically takes 1 business day.
The recipient's bank may display Pexto or Novatec Solutions as the sender name — this is normal.
Pending transfers
If your transfer appears as "Pending", the bank or payment network has not yet confirmed whether the transaction was accepted or rejected. As long as it has this status, the recipient will not receive the money yet.
A transfer may be delayed due to intermittent issues, maintenance, or processing times of the destination bank or the interbank network. In these cases, the transaction will have one of these outcomes:
Completed: the money will be credited to the destination account
Failed or rejected: the funds will be available again in your ARQ balance
The money is not lost while the transaction status is being updated. If the transfer fails and the funds are available again, you can try sending it again.
In some incidents, it is not possible to confirm an exact resolution date until other banks or our intermediary payment partners update the status.
The times mentioned are estimates and may vary. In some cases, bank transactions may take up to 24 additional hours due to external processing times.
Note: once a withdrawal is initiated, it cannot be cancelled.
