How to Top Up Your ARQ Account with US Dollars?
Topping up your ARQ account with USD is quick and easy! Follow the steps below to add digital dollars to your account:
US Account Details:
ARQ provides you with a unique US account number and routing number. You can use these details to receive USD via ACH or Wire transfers.
Once the transfer is completed, the amount sent will be automatically converted into digital dollars in your ARQ balance.
Transaction Fee:
Each transfer to your ARQ account incurs a US$ 3 fee.
How to activate your USD account details
To receive bank transfers in dollars, you must first enable your US account details from the app:
1. Open the option to receive or fund balance.
2. Select Dollars (USD)
3. Review and accept the account agreements.
4. Complete the verification and any questions that appear on screen.
When activation is complete, you can check your account number and routing number (routing/ABA) in the dollars section. Share these details to receive domestic ACH or Wire transfers from US banks.
If the screen indicates that your request is under review, wait for it to finish before sending funds. Additional documents or information may be requested. Review pending requests and respond with the indicated information for the evaluation to continue.
If activation is not approved, the bank details will not be available and you will not be able to receive transfers through that USD account.
