Open ARQ and tap on the Add button.
Choose the "Pesos" method
Choose this option to visualize the necessary details for your transfer.
Copy the CLABE of your ARQ account
The CLABE will be shown on the screen. You can click on the numbers to copy them quickly.
Make the transfer from your bank
Open your bank’s app or portal.
Start a new transfer and:
Enter the amount of pesos you want to send.
Paste the CLABE you copied from ARQ.
Review and confirm the transfer
Be sure that all the details are correct before sending your pesos.
Receive your digital dollars
As soon as we receive your transfer, the digital dollars will be reflected in your ARQ balance at the best exchange rate available.
