How to review your personal information
Open the app.
Tap the icon with your initials or profile picture in the top left corner of the screen.
Go to the Personal Information section to review your current details.
How to update your email address
If you need to update your email address, follow these steps:
Open the app.
Tap the icon with your initials or profile picture in the top left corner of the screen.
Go to the Personal Information section to review your current details.
Go to the Email section.
Enter the new email address you want to associate with your ARQ account and save the changes.
You will need to complete the email verification process; follow the instructions provided in the app.
Please make sure you have the following app version to be able to complete the email address change:
iOS: 7.18.0 and above
Please note, editing your email address is currently available on iOS only. Android support is coming soon!
